Native Speakers

● Language Learners (Customers) meeting up with Native Speakers must do so within the specific time frame and location organised by the company.
● If customers choose to continue conversing with their native speaker after the allotted time is up; any events that occur, after the time is up, the company will not be held liable for. ● Customers choosing to meet up, with their native speakers, outside of the location, organised through Tribe, do so at their own discretion and the company will not be held liable for any events outside of the parameters organised for the lessons. ● We do not encourage messaging the native speakers outside of the parameters of the company. If the customer proceeds to do this, then the company cannot be held liable. ● After the time period of the lesson expires, the company cannot be held liable for any personal relationships established with the native speakers. In fact, we do not encourage this. ● If a customer has any issues with their native speaker, they must leave the lesson straight away and contact the company directly via our email address; info@thelanguagetribe.com. ● The customer should not meet up with the native speaker in a location that was not organised by the company. If they proceed to do this, the company will not be held liable. ● The customer should make sure that the native speaker, they are meeting up with, is the one assigned to them by the company. If it is a different person, leave the venue immediately and contact the company straight away. ● If the customer has any problems with their native speaker, they must inform the company as soon as possible. We will ensure your anonymity is always maintained and will swiftly proceed to solve the problem. ● The customers are not permitted to behave inappropriately towards the native speakers, both during the lesson as well as outside of the parameters of the lesson. Doing so will be in breach of the Terms & Conditions and the customer will be held liable. ● Tribe is NOT a dating service. Such activities will fall outside of the parameters of the company and Tribe will not be held liable. ● If customers have any queries, they must contact the company directly, and not the native speakers, as early as possible. ● If customers have any doubts, about their native speaker, they must not attend the lesson and must contact the company as soon as possible. ● If the lesson is arranged in a café, customers must pay for their own drinks and meals. They must not agree to pay for the native speaker's drinks or meals, however. Doing so will fall outside of the parameters of the lesson and Tribe will not be held liable. ● Customers must always pay for their lessons through the company. Paying the native speaker directly, or via any other medium, will constitute as a breach of the Terms & Conditions. The company will give you one warning. If this issue arises a second time, then the customer may be banned from the site as well as the connection service. ● Customers should not tip the native speaker when they meet up with them. If they would like to tip their native speaker, they must get in touch with the company, via our email address or website, and we will make the arrangements for you. If you choose to tip the native speaker, this will fall outside of the parameters of the Terms & Conditions and Tribe will not be held liable. ● Customers under the age of 16 are prohibited from using the physical connectivity service of the company. ● Customers can contact the company via our website https://www.the-language-tribe.com/contact.html or via our email address; info@thelanguagetribe.com, for any further queries. |
● Tutors are expected to conduct the lessons with the appropriate social manners and etiquette. Not doing so will constitute as a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
Their remuneration will be invalidated and they may, also, be subject to further disciplinary measures. In the most extreme cases, tutors will be banned from the company as well as, possibly, being subject to external legal liability. ● Tutors may not harass the language learners or make them feel uncomfortable during the lessons. They may not pry into the personal lives of the language learners. Doing so will constitute as a breach of the Terms & Conditions and the tutors will be directly held liable for any issues arising thereafter. ● Tutors are not advised to establish personal relationships with the language learners outside of the, formal, lessons. Doing so falls outside of the parameters of the company and Tribe will not be held liable for any legal issues arising thereafter. ● If the lesson is held in a café, the tutor is not to buy any food or drink for the language learner. Doing so will fall outside of the parameters of the lesson and the company will not be held liable for any such actions. ● Language learners under the age of 16 are not permitted to avail of the physical connectivity service of the company. If, by chance, your language learner is under the age of 16, tutors must terminate the lesson immediately and contact the company as soon as possible, via our email address; info@thelanguagetribe.com or through our website https://www.the-language-tribe.com/contact.html. ● Tutors are expected to communicate with the language learners only through the communication channels authorised by the company. Any modes of communication, outside of the parameters of the company, are done so at the discretion of the tutors and the language learners. The company will not be held liable for any issues that could, subsequently, arise thereafter. ● The venue of the lessons will be set by the company. The tutors may not change this or ask the language learners to meet them at an alternative venue. Doing so would constitute as a major breach of the Terms & Conditions. Tutors will not receive any remuneration, in this case, and may have their accounts terminated. ● Tutors may not accept money from the language learners directly. or ask the language learners to pay them directly, (either through cash or other monetary mediums). Doing so would constitute as a clear breach of the Terms & Conditions. The tutor may have his/her account terminated as a result. ● Tribe’s physical connectivity service is NOT a dating service. Treating it as such will constitute as a major breach of the Terms & Conditions. Tutors found guilty of any such behaviour will not receive any remuneration, will have their account terminated and may be subject to further, external, legal action. ● Drinking alcohol, or consuming any psychotropic drugs, during the lesson will constitute as a major breach of the Terms & Conditions. Tutors found guilty of this will not receive any remuneration, will have their account terminated and may be subject to, external, legal action. ● If Tutors feel uncomfortable or anxious about meeting a language learner, they must terminate the lesson. They should not turn up, for the lesson, and must contact the company as soon as possible. ● If the language learner is not the same person, as assigned to them by the company, then the tutor must terminate the lesson immediately and contact the company as soon as possible. ● If a language learner is causing you trouble, terminate the lesson immediately and contact the company as soon as possible. ● Tutors can contact the company via our website https://www.the-language-tribe.com/contact.html or via our email address; info@thelanguagetribe.com, for any further queries. |
